Ripcurl Kirra Teams Challenge 2009 Second day photos.

With the second day of the Ripcurl Kirra Teams Challenge.

Several clubs have emerged  from the pack as contenders to take out the title, they are Noosa, North End, Kirra Surfriders, LeBa,Snapper and Werri.

The waves were a bit smaller today but the action was still top level.

The Duranbah Boardriders were in Party mode, tucked away in the corner of the beach working hard on theyre strict training program of beer bongs and sand wrestling with unsuspecting passers by…Hilarious!!!

Every year Curl Curl seem to come up with something crazy to spur their team on.

This year it looked as though they didnt have anyhing for us…..

Andrew Peard from Curl Curl… his choice of Surf Wear didnt seem to upset his surfing.

That is until Curl Curl club stalwart Andrew Peard appeared ready for his heat dressed in a G-string Bikini!!
Apparently it was his Buck’s night and in true Aussie (and Curl Curl ) tradition, his team mates decided that he should surf in a g-string!!
I dont know if  Peard is a greek name, but man he’s a hairy bastard!!
